Dr. Aron Neeman
Veterinarian
Dr. Neeman has been dedicated to the health and well-being of animals for over two decades. Since 2005, he has proudly owned and operated Kindness Animal Hospital, where compassionate care is at the heart of his practice. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships with pet owners, Dr. Neeman brings both clinical expertise and a personal touch to every patient he treats.
Married for over 30 years, he is a proud father of two college-aged daughters and shares his home with two beloved dogs and two cats. Outside the clinic, Dr. Neeman enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, riding motocross, and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
Dr. Gayle Long
Veterinarian
Dr. Gayle Long was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. She always had an affinity for animals and as she attended college harbored that passion through summer technician jobs. She attended Oklahoma State University for 8 years where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science in 2018 followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. She will forever bleed America’s brightest orange! Go Pokes!
Shortly after graduation, Dr. Long moved to Texas with her husband, Garrett. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, and she is currently working to expand her knowledge of reproductive medicine/theriogenology.
In her free time, she is passionate about many things, including mountain biking, camping, fishing, knitting and crafting.
Dr. Andrea Day
Veterinarian
Dr. Day graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical studies at LSU. Dr. Day is originally from Venezuela, which sparked her interest in animal rescue and population control. Dr.Day hopes to do mission trips around the world to help reduce stray populations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Day is
committed to providing compassionate, accessible care to a diverse community of pet owners.
As a lifelong dog lover and advocate for animal welfare, she brings both dedication and empathy to every patient interaction. Dr. Day is excited to begin this next chapter in her veterinary career and looks forward to building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their pets at Kindness Animal Hospital.
Dr. Mark Carter
Veterinarian
After an incredible 45-year career in veterinary medicine, Dr. Carter has officially retired. He’s touched countless lives—both furry and human—through his years serving the Dallas community. From owning Springhill Veterinary Clinic to joining Kindness Animal Hospital in 2022, Dr. Carter’s warmth, wisdom, and dedication have made a lasting impact on our team and clients alike.
He now looks forward to spending more time with his wife, Jennifer, their son, and their beloved cat Gavin. We wish him the very best in this well-earned next chapter!
